Why aren't ads displaying in my web implementation?

There are a few common reasons why ads may not be displaying:

1. Target element missing or not yet mounted: The element you pass as target to requestAd must exist in the DOM when the call runs. If you render the slot with React/Vue/Svelte, make sure the element has mounted before firing the call.

2. SDK script hasn't loaded yet: The install snippet is <script async>, so window.koah may be undefined when your app boots. Gate your first requestAd call on window.koah being defined, or swap async for defer so the script evaluates after your bundle parses.

3. Wrong publisher ID: Double-check the token query parameter in the install snippet matches your publisher ID in Settings → Integration.

4. Network connectivity: Ads require a live connection to Koah's backend. Check the browser's network panel for failed requests to /v2/ad.
