Webflow Integration
Install the Koah pixel on your Webflow website to track visitor actions and measure the effectiveness of your advertising campaigns.
Prerequisites
- Access to your Koah advertiser dashboard to retrieve your unique advertiser ID
- Edit access to your Webflow project settings
Installation
Get your pixel code
Log in to your Koah advertiser dashboard and start the installation helper. It provides the Koah head and body pixel code you'll paste into Webflow.
Open Webflow's custom code settings
- Log in to your Webflow account and open your project
- Click Site Settings in the Webflow menu
- Go to the Custom Code tab
Add the head and body pixel code
The Custom Code section has two text areas: Head Code and Footer Code.
- Paste the Koah head pixel code into Head Code
- Paste the Koah body pixel code into Footer Code
- Click Save for each text area
- Click Publish
Verify your installation
After publishing:
- Visit a page on your published site
- The Koah installation helper on your dashboard will confirm if the pixel is installed correctly
Tracking events
Once the pixel is live, you can track additional conversion events to measure specific actions on your site. The steps below track a sign-up button click as an example.
Add an ID to your button
- Select the button you want to track in the Webflow Designer
- In the Settings panel (gear icon), scroll to Element Settings
- Add a unique ID, for example
signup-button
Add the tracking code
In Site Settings > Custom Code > Footer Code, add the following after your Koah pixel code, replacing the event name and parameters with your own (see the Events documentation for all event types and parameters):
<script>
document.addEventListener('DOMContentLoaded', function() {
const signupButton = document.getElementById('signup-button');
if (signupButton) {
signupButton.addEventListener('click', function() {
kad("track", "SignUp", { currency: "USD", value: 50.0 });
});
}
});
</script>
Save and publish your site for the change to take effect.
