Retrieve a single publisher, including its configured query selectors.

Errors

Status	Error
`401`	`Unauthorized` — missing or invalid API token
`403`	`Forbidden` — not a publisher team account
`404`	`Not found` — publisher does not exist
`429`	`Rate limit exceeded` — max 10 requests per minute
